Birch Hill Suites Louisville

Lovely style, clean, brilliant location. Staff was flexible, awesome views. Had cozy tastefully decorated room with lovely bed. We loved pastries, bakery and cheese at the breakfast. Good pool and own beach.

The staff were useful ; we had a flexible check-in. Very suitable location to townfair shopping center. The beach nearby was clean and the view was spectacular.

Good value, comparing with other options. We liked location and cleanliness of this isolated hotel. The staff did all they can for a GOOD stay. The venue had spacious bedrooms. A beautiful beach, magnificent view.

The bathroom was cold.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Louisville. I appreciated the room, the bed was nice. Positioned in the fairly nice area, next to the amusement park, many retail stores and grocery store.

I loved the absolutely perfect location and the staff was very helpful. The room was warm and the bed was soft. Extremely big size bathroom. Pristine place with outstanding service too.

Had decent stay overall, reasonably comfortable place and the weather was sunny. Loved the room, it was fine with tv's, the tub and cookies. Generally everything was so good, yet the bathroom was disgusting...

this hotel is equal to 2 stars. lots of restaurants to eat close by, like chick-fil-a that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Planned to see Louisville major attractions and it was incredible base for visiting all of them. A handy kitchenette was complete with a microwave oven and a fridge. It offers easy check-in too.
